Hi everyone!

 

Here's another poem I've written

 

 

 

A Beautiful World

 

 

When I see a group of children

playing on the street

when I see a servant

bow down to kiss his masters feet

when I see a mountain

that goes up and away

I see a beautiful world

that is here to stay

 

when I see the lights

in the front of a parade

when I see new babies being born

and santa claus on his sleigh

when I hear of the christmas

that brings so many gifts

it brings me joy to my heart

 

CHORUS:

 

its a beautiful world

when peace is here

its a beautiful world

when you are near

its a beautiul world

and thats how it should be

its a beautiful world

for you and for me

 

 

when I see pretty flowers

bow down to touch the land

when I see a child touching its mothers hand

when I see a jungle

I feel its calming peace

I see a beautiful world

I see that at least

 

when I see hungry children

get given their daily bread

when I see children laughing

hapiness surrowds my head

when I see a pair of angels

who come into the morning light

I see a beautiful world

with a beautiul night

 

Oh, beautiful world your'e so dear to me

with beautiful sands and beautiful seas

with beautiful flowers, and beautiful trees

I hear the wind move through the leaves

 

when the village turn off theyre house lights

and they all lay down their heads to sleep

when I hear angels coming

they take our hearts for a safe keep

when I see the sunshine shining

it is a much brighter place

look..can you see the smile

upon that childs happy face?

 

when 2 star cross voyagers decend into space

I see prevention of a miss leaded place

when I see jesus walking in his white robe of light

I see a beautiful world and a beautiful night

 

when I see the white snow

fall down from the sky

I see bluebirds flying high

I feel the wind rush through my veins

it drowns all my sorrows, it drowns all my pains

 

CHORUS

Trapped In The Spotlight

 

A spot light shines on her

Her beautify is compared as so devine

I don't know if she loves me

So I guess I'll wait for a sign..

 

The wind rushes through her hair

And her hands begin to shake

And the spot light that shines on her

Is watching every move she makes

 

She's tired of being a victim of blame

Its happened so many times that it has put her to shame, I still love her, but I don't know her name, im struggling tonight, because she's trapped in the spot light

 

Chorus:

 

She's trapped in the spot light

And there's no way she can escape

She can change the colours of her dress but she cant change her shape, she can change her figure but she cant change the time,

She can change her feelings

But she cannot change mine

 

 

There's no way out,

she's trapped in discharge

And those thoughts of hers

Are becoming ever so large, so rise up as a woman but don't give into the tears

Because you've been trapped in the spot light

For all those years

 

The machinery gives an angry blast

But she don't give a damn!

Cause she wants to escape,

In a tunnel under ground

The fires burn with such a blaze

I am left in such a phase

As she falls right into the pit of the vault

Its her own feelings, its her own fault

 

She is still trapped in the light

But with a very unusual sight

The barriers rise, and then they break

The spot light watches, every move she makes
