erm every artist sounds better recorded...but when it comes to live performances...michael does it better than anyone else

Well, lots of artist are told to sing a certain way on their album and they have to hold back. Then (the TALENTED ones) when they sing it live they can do whatever they want and can sound better too. Michael's American Bandstand performance ("Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'") makes me mad because the people backstage never turned up the freaking mike, even though he kept signaling them. You can't hear him at all. But it's still a very cool performance. I know that had nothing to do with anything, just fely likt mantioning it. LOL

I agree. And when MJ sings live, he actually sings, and doesn't lip synch. He might sound out of breath and very tired because he sings and dances at the same time, it's kind of like running a mile and trying to sing while running. And, what's up with the Ring pictures? 8-}

actually michael jackson does lip sych...i dont know the reason why he does because he is a great live performer but unfortunately there are some performances he does that are lip synched....a pure example of this is during his 30th anniverarry tribute when he performs with his brothers for the first time in 20 years or so....just as theyr about to start singing i want you back...michael says something on his mic but u cant hear it...but at the same time u can hear something totally different to what his lips are saying...

More examples are 95% of the HIStory tour, Billie Jean at Motown 25, Ben at American Bandstand, Shake your body at American Bandstand, 2nd leg of the Bad Tour etc but its not coz he cant sing its coz he has lasrengitus (sp), has since the late seventies.

Yeah, I must admit I lied when I said I didn't remember him ever lip synching. LOL But I didn't want to make anyone mad at me and get flamed.

'Course he lip synchs. Pretty much every performer ever has done it. It's no big deal unless you lie about doing it...i think you can get sued for it in fact...

is confuzzled in english im confused LOL this whole topic has me stunned

I can't remember a time when he ever lip synched.

ahahahhahahahahaha. please dont tell me u are for real?????!?!?!?!?!?!?! MJ has lip-synched literally hundreds or thousands of times, its not realistic for him to sing and do wat he does dancing at the same time when he performs
