Well, Justice denied again. WE need 1000 people to call the D.A. of L.A. and demand

incarceration for Janut Arvizo.

My inside sources in L.A., tell me the deal is all but cut. Janut will not do REAL jail time. She has not had to put up even $1.00 in bail. She is to cop a deal [plea bargain] take probation, promise not to steal any more welfare money, repay [as she can afford it] some of the welfare loot she embezzled under blatant fraud, that Hurricane Mesereau proved in Court in Santa Maria, to a L.A. Welfare worker.

THIS IS JUST PLAIN WRONG. Look at the nationality of the current L.A. Mayor, the newly hired L.A. D.A. and the think about the votes that will be lost. That tells a part of the story. Okay... I can understand that political reality. But isn't it also true that there may have been a truly need hispanic kid whose welfare was delayed while the Ja-nut case robbed with lies J.C. Penny and the L.A. Welfare and demand REAL JAIL TIME, not just probation.

The teenage boys, not 18 yet, you remember the two liars, Star and GAvin, need a parent. Well they have one in their still-working DAD. Ja nut can go sit in Jail until they are 18.

Word I get, is a certain S.B. District Attorney, [Gee who could that be?] called the L.A. D.A. and sent a memo urging leniency on Ja-nut because of her "cooperation" and great "risk of her life" in "helping" the Santa Barbara D.A.'s malicious prosecutors try to sack MJJ, or at the least make him unfit to parent his own three kids.

Now if you did not see my BLOG here during the trial, let just say, in my opinion, MJJ is the fit parent, based on the EVIDENCE I personally saw in Court. Ja-Nut is the unfit parent who teachs her little minions to lie under oath, so they can grow up to be disgusting liars like their MOM. And I am not a MJJ fan.

I can truthfully swear under oath, I have never been to a MJJ show, except the Trial Tour in Santa Maria.

Those pessimists who only listened to the propaganda the twisted National Media put out, should consider that the Media was showing photos of Prisons on June 12, Sunday, that they suggested MJJ would be going to... so convinced were they that the jury would buy their spin, and convict MJJ. DID NOT HAPPEN.

So, contrary to what is being argued behind closed doors in L.A. D.A. offices and welfare fraud investigation doors, the Star and Gavin critters, will not be "harmed" if their mother goes to prison for welfare fraud. They will be taught a lesson in honesty. And that would be a good thing.

Especially, if Gavin goes to juvenile prison for boot camp training. Or send him to Iraq, as soon as he is old enough in the Army.

But unless a lot of you CALL, and FAX a demand that Ja - NUT the Mother of liars, goes to jail for her proven WELFARE fraud, they are going to cut a deal 3 days before the trial would supposedly start, and she walks out without any real punishment.

ARE ANY of you Justice or Jackson FANS listening. Especially, you hundreds of young folks who 10, 11, 12 years ago at age 8, 9, 10, 11 years old got to go to Neverland, and live in L.A. County.

I am asking you to call up the L.A. Prosecutors A N D the L.A. Welfare Department and demand JAIL TIME for Ja-Nut. Unless at least 1000 of you swamp them with FAX and phone calls, Ja - NUT is going to walk. And after all the stress MJJ, the fans, and taxpayers have been through, the EVIL Witch is going to ride out on her broom before Halloween, to do "Trick or Treating".

I am telling you the "Fix" is in. But it is not too late for Y O U to make a difference. Especially if you live and vote in L.A. Because you can NOT vote for the politicians that allow WELFARE FRAUD.

Where ever you are. HIT them all this week with phone calls and FAXes every day, Monday through Friday. So many of you spent all the spare cash you had to "be here" for MJJ. Now is the time to do the only thing you can, which might be effective.

Stress:

1. She is guilty as hell

2. It would be a good lesson to the boys, if Mom went to Prison for at least 18 months

3. She must pay every penny back with legal rate of interest compounded.

4. You won't vote for the incumbents in L.A. if Ja Nut Arvizo does NOT go to prison.

5. A recall for any Judge who lets her off the hook without JAIL time, would be a possible.

Unless the City Mayor, the District Attorney, and the Welfare Department GET THIS message and those 5 points [as a minimum], Ja-Nut is going to "walk" out scott free and she will never pay back most of it.

Remember that MJJ had to put up $3 Million in CASH, for 10 felony counts. Ja-Nut did not put up even $1.00 for 5 felony charges.

PASS this Message on. I am telling you, I got it from a reputable and highly placed source. They plan to let Ja -Nut walk free on Probation. JUSTICE demands she be IN JAIL.

YOU CAN BE THE DIFFERENCE. Someone Else you know and love may be her next victim.

CALL THE L.A. Mayors office, then FAX them. Tell your MJJ friends to do the same. It will take at least 1000, maybe 10,000 calls and FAXs.

It is up to you fans of Justice and Michael Joe Jackson. I am so angry at this moment, I can't work on the Jackson book concerning the kangaroo [almost] , inquisition of MJJ. This woman needs to be IN PRISON = >.Make it happen. See the knife in her hand.

And, is Ja-Nut being offered a book/TV special story deal, which she does not want made public until after she gets the probation deal signed. Awe, I did not leak it. I am just asking the

question? If it happens, .... there is no justice in America left. Perjuror walk free, while innocent [portrayed by Media as odd] generous-to-a-fault guys like Michael get thrashed.

If Ja-Nut had been in New Orleans, and drown, I would not shed a tear [except as a relief].

WHY are you still reading this. Start calling and FAXing the decision makers in L.A. Dist. Attorneys office, the welfare department. And Do it every day until her trial starts.

THIS is every bit as important as standing outside the Santa Maria Court house and yelling Innocent.
