I just heard the beatles version of this song and it is so lame and boring!!! Michael made this song amazing and fun!! I like it alot but not the old version. People say michael ruined the song (those people are idiots and don't know what they're talkin about) but michael made it an actual cool song!

 

I never get what people saw in the beatles. maybe all that music back then sucked really bad, but i never found one song of theirs that i thought sounded cool. they all seem slow and boring. I hope Michael remakes them alll! LOL

I think that alot of songs during the 60's and before were really good. I like alot of elvis presley songs. Beatles are just boring!!!! hheehehhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeee

I love come together Michael's way, the Beatles one is to slow and I don't really like them either and it may be cause I am a MJ fan but they suck. I do like some songs around the 60's but not the Beatles all there songs sound the same to me LOL...

The beatles are soo overrated. They suck so bad! It just shows you how boring it was back then.

The Beatles were the Michael Jackson of the 60's. Thay were transetters too. But just like Michael, you either really love them, or you really hate them. I used to live with my uncle when I was little and he loves the beatles, so I guess that's why I like them. But I've never really liked their version of come together. I do like Let it Be, Yesterday... all those types of songs.

Yeah, I mean, I know they were very important in the music world back in the day, but I just cannot stand their music. The only relatively related song I enjoy is "Imagine" by John Lennon. That's one of my favorite songs.

 

But I know perfectly well what you mean by growing up around them... most of the music I like is because my cousin Robert liked it, and we grew up together. (We also went through this really bizarre Madonna phase when I was 8)

 

Except he can't stand Michael Jackson, and I love the man.

I think Imagine is a good song, Still boring as hell for me to listen to.

Reading the lyrics is more fun for me and i hate reading

But I think Elvis Presely is pretty boring, I can't really listen to him much, but I'm a long time Beatles fan, so I'm kinda "defending" them. Though I have to agree, Michael's music is far better than the Beatles. That's my opinion.

LOL, it's cool. I kinda exagerated when I said that. I respect your opinion and I understand not everyone likes the Beatles. I didn't feel ppl use were ganging up on me. It felt more like, as a fan of the beatles, It's my job to defend them. Just like you guys defend Michael.

i might defend michael but i can admit when he comes out with some boring ass work

it just that all of the beatles work was boring to me

My dad says to me the orginal sounds better and he means the beatles version. Its like if somwone copies a MJ song he says michaels sounds better b/c hes the one who writtening it and sang it, Yes i have heard the beatles version of come together b/c my dad has 2 beatles CD's and yes its is a bit slow and crap but yea i love michaels better its awsome.

Michael Jackson's version of 'Come Together' is phenomenal and awesome. The Beatles' version is great too, (for its time) but I like how Michael just messed with it and made it his own, putting his own flavor in it.

That is true, giving honest opinions. That's great! Yeah, I can understand that you guys are just giving your opinions, but i can also understand that stephluvsmj also feels a little.. hmm. what word, am I looking for?... offended.. But if we look at the "big picture" you guys are just giving your opinions, so that's allright.

I have been jamming to this song so much lately. I love it now more than i ever have before in my life. i used to think it was lame.
