Hiya can't really understand it, but ithink it means that its forbidden to hook up things to your tv to tape things, but im not sure!! Sorry i couldn't help!

Oh that's alright. I wish they didn't write in geek language~! LOL It sounds serious~! I never want those things to ever be forbidden because they were so expensive for me to buy. I just bought a DVD recorder (that's how I got the video of me doing the twist online) and it cost me $342 US dollars to buy it~! Hopefully that law keeps getting turned down. This would be really bad for us because we need the VCR and everything to get MJ concerts, etc. [-o<
