i just have one thing to say... cuz i read up here the other day, y'know you guys where discussing if you thought he did it... and some people where saying things like " I dont think he did it, but if they find him guilty.. i'll stop listening to his music, burn all his cd's... stop supporting him" ... now i'm not trying to say that if a person did things like that they should be supported.. but if you really believe Michael Jackson did not commit these crimes..(i'm one of those people who doesnt believe for a second that MJ could something like that).. if you truely believe in his innocence.. why would a jury decision change how you felt?..

 

now dont mob me just yet... just think about this... what is a jury?.. some "all knowing wizard"...NO.. a jury is a randomly selcted group of our PEERS... meaning they're just regular people... who where picked to hear this trial... we've heard just about everything they have.. this is america, its our right... now.. what they're doing right now is deliberating whether or not THEY believe he's innocent or guilty..

 

so knowing that they are just regular people... how many regular people, at school or work.. do you know who, doesnt believe MJ is innocent.. dude, i could personally name at least 50.. at school..will any of those people's opinions change mine? no... if somebody at your job or school said "MJ's Guilty, He's too weird!", would that change your mind, would that make you believe he's guilty?

 

i'm just saying that if you believe michael jackson is innocent, the verdict , guilty OR innocent, its just the opinion of the jurors... what do they have above us.. they get locked in a room all day to think about it... well, i wish i had a room to go to to think about the case... cuz i think about it ALL day, whether i'm with my girlfriend or playing video games with my lil brother...its always on my mind, i think about it alot.. i believe michael's innocent... my opinion, is the same as the jury's opinion... its just what another person believes to be true..

 

now with that said, i'm not saying that if he's found to be guilty by the jury, i'll still support him.. i cant tell for sure, you know humans are weird that way... i just had to get a little bit off my chest... thank you..

I know he meants to much to be to just stop supporting him and liking him cause of the verdict these people come up with. Its something todo with me not having a real dad in real life trying to find someone to be like.. that might sound weird but mj is the only person i ever wanted to even be like so i know he didnt do that stuff and i understand him. I dont see how they can find him guilty without a reasonable doubt anyways. They've seen more of him with the videos they shown than we have. They seen how the people lied and admitted that they lie under oath while on the stand.

This Jury must be able to see him for who he is and not some freak who looks weird (i dont think he looks weird anyways)

 

All this verdict will doo for us MJ fans is make it harder for us. if he is guilty then people will think they know that he is a Child Molestor and he'll be labeled that for ever. Right now If we say we like mj someone might look at as weird because of the rumors but if he is found guilty then it'll be even worse and no one will like us period if we support him so i know it'll be hard.

exactly...dang josh, i really feel what your saying about looking up to him... i was the same way...exactly... today i was talking to my teacher... and he's not an mj fan.. he says "the mans a genius, but they say there's a fine line between genious and insanity, michael walks that line pretty darn close"... well he's my fav teacher.. well, he cant decide which side to believe, but i told him how, everytime i think about it my stomach starts to cramp up, and he goes "aww man, you shouldnt let it get to you like that...if he's found innocent, i hope the rumors arent true, and he shapes up".. but yea, when i was a kid, shoot..ask anybody, i WaS michael jackson, you know, that was and still is my "idol", with my rapping, my everything, the way live... i just look up to him..like a father figure..

Michael is more sane than any of us or your teacher.

He just doesnt explain him self to everyone.. We know he is shy. They do not even know enough about him to think he is a weirdo or insane. Anyone should know that the entire MYSTIC image and all those weird stories are just for publicity and to sell music. Everyone who knows him personally knows he isnt a weirdo.

I never met him but its not really hard to look at him and see where his heart is.

It should'nt matter whether Michael Jackson is innocent,or not.I for one listen to his music regardless.I have been listening to his music since the Jackson 5.I do not entend to stop .I am not onme of those people that stops doing things,just because others say so.I said it before,and I'm saying it again.....I Support Michael 1000% just as his brother Jermaine said last year.So,adubble I am not offended.What you had E-Mailed is right on the mark.Keep up the good support

Yes they do. If they say he goes to jail he goes to jail. If they say hes innocent then hes innocent, at the end of the day nothing else matters. True say it shouldn'y affect whether you listen to his music or remain a fan.

I agree to everything you said. Really, no one is going to be 100% positive that Michael is either guilty or innocent. I know that he is innocent, but that's what I believe. I can't say I know for a fact either. (I hate saying that)LOL Anyway, it makes me upset thinking that his life is in the hands of a jury. I really hope that they are fair to him and treat him like any other American citizen. It's gotten insane how graphic Gavin's accusations have gotten. I mean, you all know about what Michael said about a pic in a "magazine". If not... sorry... I'm not gonna post it up here. I cannot believe that at all. First of all, Michael is too shy to say anything like that and it's just so stupid. This family has gone way too far trying to make Michael look bad and really I hope they pay for this. Hello people I want to speak about JUSTICE....and get something off my chest also!!

 

So...What is justice? uhhh...

 

I'll tell you what justice is...

 

With my religion at hand I strongly believe that because god is not here to control us human beings and the world he made, he cannot do anything exept from prayer requests from others. I believe that the courts sentence innocent people to death or to be put in prison even when they are innocent and they dont think they are, I believe you have to look at a case individually and judge it by the evidence, not that im into making judgments about people but we have to, it is what we have to do in life to achieve justice and that is just wrong...

 

We are judging people and we continue to kill people through death row and in wars....surely the world cannot go on like this???....

 

I totally argee in sentencing someone to life if they have murdered innocent people and continue to do so because if they continue like that there is nothing we can do exept bring them to justice ourselvs!!

 

I think the american justice system sucks...god told us to LOVE each other and you shalt not kill and since he's been gone look what has happened to the world!!

 

Equally I read an article on the news that was strange to me in a justice sort of way...this man got sentenced to life in prison for killing his 5 daughters...maybe that jury was merciful, so why do we sentence people to life in prison for murder and then other people sentence people to death for murdering people?....that is just strange, it must be allot of decision making within certain jurys that evokes these type of decisions for penaltys....its just all strange....

 

WE DO NOT HAVE JUSTICE AND IF WE DO HAVE ANY SORT OF JUSTICE THAT IS THE GOOD SORT THEN SOMETHING GOOD IS HAPPENING!!

 

AND PEOPLE FROM AN ORDINARY SOCIETY FROM SANTA MARIA SHOULD NOT BE DEBATING OVER MICHAEL AND TRYING TO FIND HIS GUILT OR INNOCENCE!! GOD IS THE ONLY ONE FOR THAT, THAT IS HOW I FEEL!!!
