JACKSON: I WANT THE PHOTOS YOU TOOK OF ME NAKED, MR. SNEDDON

 

SNEDDON: 'I DON'T HAVE THEM'

 

Michael Jackson is demanding Santa Barbara County prosecutor Tom Sneddon immediately surrender all photos taken by police of the pop star's penis area, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

 

Jackson and his inner circle believe Sneddon, in revenge for losing the case, may somehow leak the images of Jackson's genitalia to the public.

 

"Why will you not end this, Mr. Sneddon, once and for all?" a top Jackson insider asked late Tuesday. "Do you enjoy them?"

 

The insider claims all legal recourse will be pursued to resolve the matter.

 

Sneddon was asked about the DRUDGE FLASH Tuesday night on MSNBC with Rita Cosby:

 

COSBY: There is word tonight that Jackson's team, I guess, has indicated that they want you to immediately surrender these photos that were taken, that you have access to, of Michael Jackson's private parts. That they're fearful that they're going to be leaked out in the press somehow. Will you surrender those photos?

 

SNEDDON: Rita, that's just another instance when the defense team does not know what they're talking about. I don't have those photos. The sheriff's department doesn't have those photos. Nobody can get those photos without a court order. There are only three names on the signature to get in there, you need signatures from two of them and a court -- a judge's approval. So this is just typical of what's been going on in this case ever since this happened. The people don't know what they're talking about, and it's not true.

 

COSBY: So what do you say when Michael Jackson's team will say, we're worried that Tom Sneddon is going to leak this out?

 

SNEDDON: It's just (INAUDIBLE) nonsense. I can't leak out what I can't get to, can I?

 

COSBY: So you can guarantee that those negatives...

 

SNEDDON: I don't have them. I just told you, I can't get -- nobody can get access to them without a judge's approval.

 

COSBY: So they're not going anywhere is what you're saying.

 

SNEDDON: That's what I said, and that's what I've been saying, and that's the truth...

 

COSBY: Everybody makes mistakes. What mistakes did you make?

 

SNEDDON: Maybe having this interview.

 

COSBY: Other than that?

 

SNEDDON: I didn't make any mistakes.

 

COSBY: None?

 

SNEDDON: You're talking about the case.

 

COSBY: None?

 

SNEDDON: Well, maybe picking 12 different jurors, I don't know.

Sneddon ordered the Michael Jackson sex organ photographed on Christmas Eve 1993. And at trial, Sneddon asked the judge for permission to put into evidence the photos of Michael Jackson's "splotchy" penis. Permission was denied.

i wouldnt be surprised if these photos were leaked by sneddon just to make michael loook bad.

I'd want them all back too and destroy them.

i dont see why they cant be given back to mike. theres no reason why they shouldnt be given back i totally understand why mike wants them back so i dont see why he cant jus have them.

I know! That is just crazy! Snedden DID seize those photos, and now he's pretending he's never seen them?! He better now leak those...that would be just plain nasty of him to do that.

no otne siezed these and cant have them "back" since he neve rhad them. Sneddon had a warrant which gave him rights to have michael's body photographed. i bet sneddon was there watching the entire thing.. sayin what he wanted pictures of.

I bet michael just wants them destroyed... which they should be.. alone with all the "evidence" which is really none but any bit of it should be destroyed

Sneddon does sound very bitter in that interview, but good for him, he should be, Michael wasn't lying when he said 'Thomas Sneddon is a cold man!'

Today sneddon said on tv that he is keeping them for future evidence.. meaning he isnt over this yet...

they said "what would you say if lawyers wanted these photographs back" or osmthing like that and sneddon simply said "no"

 

you can really tell its very personal. He just needs to get over it. He loss cuzz he has no real proof or evidence and he is a big loser.
