Los Angeles, California (AHN) - Michael Jackson's baby's momma, Debbie Rowe, has reportedly gotten a grip by divorcing him.

 

According to court documents, Michael's lawyer, Thomas Hall told Judge Stephen Lachs, ?Mr. Jackson was under an agreement with Petitioner (Rowe) here, which he was to pay her - did pay her about four or five million dollars up front, gave her a mansion in Beverly Hills, and then was to pay $900,000 a year for a number of years if she abided by agreement terms."?

 

Michael allegedly stopped paying the gold-digging ex-wife after she violated their confidentiality agreement by publicly speaking about him.

 

In other Michael Jackson court news, Debbie declares, ?I have just been advised by Michael's 'inner circle' that he is abusing drugs and I was even given the name of the physician that is prescribing all of Michael's medications, which I fear is dangerous not only to Michael but also to the children,"? according to a court document.

 

The former supposed love birds are currently embroiled in a bitter custody battle for Prince Michael, and Paris.

 

Reports claim that the California Court of Appeals ruled Debbie's parental rights were not terminated by an earlier court order and that she can pursue custody of the two children.

wow, that's how it all goes down hill..when money is involved...thats messed though sell her kids *shakes head* he'd do anything for his kids though..even if it does mean giving her money...I personally don't think he should have in the first place and just had a normal custody battle but at the time there was probably a million of one things involved that are not the same as usual custudy battles(with normal working common folk) just because he is michael jackson...gah. it's so unfair the way some people put other people on a pedastal because of how big they are because there is always some kind of repercussions. I wish everyone was treated fairly and normally..but unfortunately in this world it's not like that. . All in all, i hope michael does get his kids...no mother should give up their kids and in return get money for it and even then if she does get the kids..he'll still be shelling out money for childsupport. I wish him all the luck though
