okay this is really going to be a contest amongst webmasters who have mj sites. Suggest any ideas you may have.

 

So far this is what i've came up with..:

 

Webmasters submit their site to the site toplist here and the site that gets the most hits/counts and is the top site wins a domain name or $10 via paypal.

 

What do you guys think of this?

 

It'll be perfect advertising for the site and also they'll get something out of it.

 

i have this done so far:

 

MJ Web Masters: Win a domain or $10 via paypal

 

This is new monthly contest thing that we are going to try out. Basically this is what you do:

 

1) Add your site to the MJ site toplist: http://www.kingofentertainment.com/communi...php?act=toplist

2) After you added it, it'll give you a code to put on your site so that your members/visitors can vote for you. it'll give you two different types of codes:

a) a regular text link code

b) a graphical code - if i were you I'd chose the graphical code because its easy to see and you'll most likely get more votes that way.

 

 

3) At the end of the month, there will be a top site. You get to be the top site by having more hits in and out.

Hits in are when people click the "vote" link on your site. Hits out are from people who are viewing the toplist and think you site is interesting and click on it.

 

This means you need to have a good eye catching banner, plus a good description - so people will want to visit your site.

 

This is a great advertising opportunity and plus you get something out of it.

 

 

There are some simple rules:

- You're ad will be deleted from the toplist if you do not have the voting link on your site. This defies the purpose of even having your site listed.

- Your site must be MJ Related.

 

A FREE King of Entertainment - Community membership is required to submit sites, but voters are not required to register or even log in.

 

Prizes:

$10 via paypal OR a domain registration from namecheap.com

Domain registrations last a year and then you will have to renew the domain yourself. Right now the price to renew is $7.99 - but you do not have to worry about that for another year.
