Why are these media asses so dumb? SAying no one likes him anymore because the Essential collection didn't sell much. Saying its because we all thinkhe is a pedo and all that. The truth is, People in America and else were are smart. The reason why the album didn't sell, Because it was a weak attempt to gain money by MJ and Sony. No one wants to buy the same thing over and over again. Which we have, Thats the reason. If michael made a new album and released new material, it'd sell like crazy.

 

Alot of us FANS didn't even buy it because its like the 3'd "GREATEST HITS" release in the last 3 years. we're just tired of the same thing and not interested. Im sure Michael gained 8,000 new fans who didn't know his music well before they bought it and didnt know he released 3 simliar items in the last 3 years.

 

I do know that the record sales make michael look bad. I said from the beginning that this wasn't a good Idea and i wans't going to buy it.

 

This is also proof that Micahel isn't thinking the way he used to or not himself, I dont think Michael would of let this happen if he didn't just go through a Child molestation trial and get so sick from all the mental stress.

 

I know when he fixes himself up, he'll be on top again.

 

I just wish the media would try to report something nice, and honest for once.

totally agree with you. whats the point in buying something you already have. if he released some new stuff then people would buy it. one greatest hits album is ok because its all his best work on one CD but when you have them all 3 times theres no point in buying another copy

Only ABBA and the Beatles one's sell pretty well.

 

Michael has to go back to basics with the next release. No million dollar budget production, it sounds too clean and static that way. If he does choose to go back to live instruments eg, Off The Wall/Thriller/Bad he is on to a winner. I will personally go round his gaff and smash up every synth and computer program he used on Invincible if he don't.

 

His new stuff is obviously going to be a global smash, I have no doubt in that.

well because hes been cleared of all the charges people might want to buy some of his things. if he released stuff during the trial it wouldnt have done good but because hes been found innocent people might want to by his stuff even if theyre not really fans

didn't sony release this and not mj himself, im sure mj gave some consent, but i dont think he truly cared about it cuz he had just been cleared u know.
