Not as weird as being anti google Facebook may be more visited than Google, but it would take much less time for Facebook to die. Once there is a better solution for social networking, people will leave Facebook and change over to it. Whereas Google is going to have far more steady people using their many services such as Gmail and Search and Adsense and so on. If Facebook introduced voice and video functionality into their chat software, with free calls to Facebook contacts and perhaps even paid calls to the rest of the world, like Skype, they'd be unstoppable. For a while anyway.

When I think of the name UnrealWorks I think "hey weren't they the guys that made all the Unreal Tournament games?". I actually like the name, it does sound pretty cool. What sort of stuff do you 'produce' and do you have much business so far?

As far as free forum software goes, I have to say that Mybb is by far the best. Nothing I have used really comes close. In one way phpbb is quite nice, however it is nowhere near as nice to use as Mybb and mods are really hard to install. Usually you have to do it totally manually, changing coding in a number of different files. As far as paid forum software is concerned, I actually quite like IPB. Most of the forums that I've been on had vBulletin which I hate, because not one of those forums succeeded in making it look and feel nice. IPB seems like a very nice, functional forum software and given a choice, I'd definitely choose it over Mybb. That said, I'm not the one trying to install mods and so on so I have no idea how hard it is to work with.

The only reason I used Myspace for so long was because all my friends did, as soon as they started changing over to Facebook I left as well. Facebook had far better features and chat and so on. The interface was much nicer and made a lot more sense. Myspace really didn't change much during the time I used it, whereas Facebook introduced many useful and new things which is why it became so big. Ideally, everything should be combined into the one package. I email using Gmail, do social stuff with Facebook, call with Skype and so on. If they can all be combined under the one service then it will become very popular. Google has somewhat tried to do it, however Orkut is a total fail and Google Voice isn't available to people outside the US. If Google worked hard to create a decent social networking platform and tied it and Google Voice in with Gmail, people would have everything they need in the one place.

I used to love playing Battlefield 1942 and Vietnam, Battlefield 2 was better graphically, but I found it less enjoyable. I'll give Bad Company a go sometime though. Steam doesn't have many good deals today. The Quake pack would be fun, for old times sake, but I don't think I want to go and buy too many games because the ones I have now will keep me entertained for a while. Crysis is now 25% off, lucky you got it for me yesterday

I used to have the same problem, then I started using Chrome... I actually put up with a lot of problems in Firefox because I loved it too much, but now I don't like using it at all. Chrome starts and runs much faster. I think you need to get over your Google weirdness and give it a go haha.

It is telling me that they are both US$7.49 each or $12.49 for both of them. I guess I get different prices because I am viewing it from India? Or has the deal changed now? I am actually considering getting some First Person Shooter games from Steam. I guess Crysis is one of the best and I do enjoy playing it. How good are the new Battlefield games? The most recent one I played was Battlefield 2 which wasn't very good.

Yeah I can remember using Myspace, it was totally lame compared to Facebook. Obviously something better is bound to come along, but that probably isn't going to happen very soon. I like the idea of having a personal website, however not many people would visit mine and even if I had some chat script on it, people aren't going to bother using it. Facebook is just so handy because I can chat to people when they're online and receive updates everytime something happens. I don't use Facebook as much of a profile/blog, more just a glorified chat script I'd love it if you could also voice call your contacts, that would be a fantastic upgrade and I would stop using Skype because the only people I really call on Skype are people who I have on Facebook. I'm always looking for something better, but even if a new service comes along, I'm not leaving until all of my friends have. As 95% of my friends use Facebook, there is no point in me using a different service until they do.

How much do Crysis and Crysis Warhead usually cost? I'm having trouble installing my pirated copy of Warhead I guess games are pretty cheap on Steam anyway so I should start paying for them.

I recently started using Gmail's full interface instead of the basic HTML mode and it makes me love Gmail even more. I used to use the basic HTML mode because my internet was slow and it took too long to load each page, but now that I have faster internet, the normal interface works really well. Are there any accurate statistics as to how many users each mail provider has? Active users that is, I'm sure there are loads of Hotmail users that have moved on but can't delete their accounts
