I have been using SageThumbs as the thumbnail handler in several versions of Microsoft Windows for well over a decade, mostly due to Windows not natively supporting preview thumbnails of RAW, PSD, and several other various image file types. SageThumb would replace the default thumbnail handler, and generate thumbnails for almost every image file type that has ever been created, and display them in File Explorer. Sadly, SageThumbs hasn't been updated in years, and seems very buggy and half working in Windows 11. It would be very slow to generate thumbnails for newly created images in Windows 11, if it ever did at all. [caption id="attachment_10002465" align="alignnone" width="768"] Thumbnails not being generated or rendered.[/caption] Thankfully, Windows seems to handle thumbnails for raw image file such as .CR2 just fine natively now, but not many others such as Photoshop's .PSD format, which will only display the default Photoshop icon in File Explorer. I searched and searched for a replacement for SageThumbs, and surprising there isn't much out there. There is one called MysticThumbs, but it cost money, while Sagethumbs was free. I finally ended up running into a free program called Pictus, which is advertised as Image Viewer, but it also replaces the native thumbnail handler in Windows, allowing for the generation of many image formats such as PSD again, and it works very well. The image viewer itself is very simple and plain, and has some editing features such as brightness, contracts, rotation.... nothing amazing, but that's not what we're wanting it for, so that's fine. From Pictus' Website: What it does well, and what we want it for is to automatically handle the thumbnails in File Explorer. I never had to set anything up, just install, and it started working all on its own. I haven't had any issues with it rendering thumbnails for the file formats I use, and have yet had to open the program to adjust settings or anything like that. I love again being able to see what my PSD files are without having to open them in Photoshop or Bridge. [caption id="attachment_10002469" align="alignnone" width="768"] My Grunch PSD folder with working file thumbnails![/caption] Works great. Last year I posted a video from the 'Institute of Human Anatomy" explaining what consuming alcohol does to your body, which I found super interesting. They have just now posted a video explaining what playing action video games does to your body, and especially your mind, and why you should continue playing them. "In this video, Justin from the Institute of Human Anatomy discusses how action-based video games can actually improve cognitive functions." I figured many others would find this video interesting as well, since it seems the majority of visitors here come and read the gaming related articles. Some things that shooter games improve: improve attention allocation higher spatial resolution with visual processing enhanced mental rotation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJ4P4ZWPwlk
I drove by a cemetery the other day and this grave stone caught my eye. Mostly due to the age of it, and the names "Jesse" and "Elizabeth". It got me wondering who they were, and what lives they lived over 100 years ago. So, I did a simple search via my phone, not expecting to come up with anything, but actually came up with a pretty in-depth history of them. It's just so fascinating that this is even possible to find info of two regular people who died over 100 years ago, in rural Kansas. It's actually also very romantic as well, that these two people met, married, had kids, and are buried next to each other. I still can not stop imagining what they and their lives were like. The brief history of them states that they were farmers and cattle raisers, so like many at the time, just up at first dawn, and worked all day til night. Jesse and Elizabeth had a long married, several kids, so must've had a good marriage? Jesse passed on when he was 83, and Elizabeth year else more, and passed when she was 92 years of age. I am unable to find any photographs of them, at least not on the net, but surely they still have family around in the area? There is another grave stone next to theirs that has the same "Richmond", but I couldn't really read it from the distance I was (I didn't want to enter the cemetery), but was able to make out what some of the grave stone says via the picture on my computer, and it turns out to be "Charles N. Richmond, which was one of Jesse's and Elizabeth's children, who died at a young age. The found history doesn't state the year of death, just the name  and birth date: "Charles N., Born September 6, 1866", but it seems the grave stone lists the death date as: "December 10th, 1885", which would've made him round 19 years of age at death. The grave stone/marker itself is pretty interesting. You can tell the stone has aged, but the marble still looks brand new. The chances are that this is the actual grave stone that Jesse and his wife Elizabeth chose to mark their sons grave, which is a bit eerie, but still sweet. Anyways, I just found it all very interesting and fascinating.
Donald Trump's TRUTH Social platform is now live on the web, which means anyone can sign up! Until now, only iPhone users could sign up. There is no android app yet, but it's coming soon. To sign up, just simply visit the website (https://truthsocial.com) and click "create an account". I've been using TRUTH Social since early February and haven't had much problems, but it was boring for the longest time because Trump himself didn't use it for the longest time, but now he regularly posts multiple times a day. There's really not too much to say, We all pretty much know how Twitter works, and TRUTH works pretty much the same. I like the site, don't care much for the name, but like most names, just have to get used to it then it makes sense. There seems to be an issue with bots or at least fake accounts. I've been trying to follow back everyone who follows me, and over half seem to be fake accounts, which unfollow you as soon as you follow them back. Could be bored people with too much time on their hands trying to get a high follow ratio, but if they are bots then TRUTH needs to get them under control so the site doesn't go in the way of Twitter, which Elon Musk has recently stated is way much higher than the 5% of users that Twitter has claimed. If you're on iOS, you can download the app from the app store, the Android app has been stated to be coming soon. I plan on using both Twitter and Truth Social, which is weird to say because a month or to ago I wouldn't even touch Twitter, but Elon Musk's buy out, and promotion of free speech might save it. Hopefully the deal goes through.  I don't want to stick with just Truth because it'll most likely be one political side on there, which isn't positive. Twitter should remain mixed, and also have alot of non-political content. I've already given up on other new alt social networks such as Gettr. Gettr does weird things that attempts to boost or make it seem like the site is more active than it actually is, such as spoofing follower counts (imports follower counts from twitter), and also notification spam. I can log in at any single moment and have 99+ notifications, but all of it is just motivations telling me that people are going live on video, which I neither care, or want to see. For the longest time they wouldn't let you disable it, and there is still no where in the notification settings to disable it, but  they did make it so that you can manually disable live notifications one by one by clicking the dots next to the notification, which is silly and tedious, and seemingly doesn't work most of the time because I still get the annoying useless notifications. So, I've given up on that site. Parler is another story, I haven't used Parler in probably a year since they had their weird issues after launch. The site is also still clunky, and the mobile app just seems to be the website in a frame. There is really no need to be on all these platforms, Donald Trump makes Truth meaningful and the winner on the right side, and Elon Musk is making Twitter the winner on the center. We'll see what happens with that. We just really need free speech to be restored. https://truthsocial.com/@joshx
I've head a shaky history with Bill Maher. Used to love him back in the Obama days, but couldn't stand him much during the Trump years because of all the disinformation and blatant lies, so I stopped listening. However, I have settled down a bit in the past year and started watching Real Time again, and I started to understand that Bill is mostly a comedian that leans left, so of course he's going to make jokes about conservatives, and be biased. I also started to notice that I do agree with alot of what he says, and he has been calling out the goofy left alot in the past years. Also his stances on the covid, nonsense I mostly agreed with as well. Over all, I started really enjoying watching Real Time and listening to Bill Maher, we don't have to agree on everything. So, I was very interested when I first heard of a new Bill Maher podcast back in early February, it would give me some more material to listen to while I sadly and miserably work at my third shift job. Dr. Drew mentioned on the Adam and Dr. Drew show podcast that he had spent the previous evening with Bill Maher recording an episode for a new podcast. No more information was given, but it seemed like a very chill podcast so I was instantly interested, but I couldn't find any information about it online. I even tweeted to Dr. Drew asking about it, but he didn't respond. Nearly a month later I was listening to the Adam Carolla show podcast, and he had mentioned that he went and recorded an episode for Bill Maher's now podcast, and still, no other information about it, or when it was going to air, or anything. It wasn't til a few weeks later when Bill Maher finally announced his new podcast called "Club Random", which would premier March 21. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkE_szxAWyg I was hoping that the first interview would be the one with Dr. Drew, but it ended up being with William Shatner, which still was great. The podcast is basically Bill Maher and a guest just chilling out and having casual conversations while either drunk, high, or both, and it's actually pretty interesting to listen to. It's also nice to not have to hear the constant political nonsense, which Bill even often mentions himself, but there is still some minor political talk, but it comes off as between friends. I'm really loving it, and respect Bill Maher alot more. It just sucks to have to wait an entire week in between episodes, what also sucks is that I prefer watching it rather than listening to it, but I can't watch it at work, which was the entire point of finding new podcasts to begin with. Many episodes I'll listen to via iTunes, and then watch later at home. The episode with Dr. Drew just aired and is the most recent. I figured out that each podcasts are recorded 3 months in advance. So the episode with Dr. Drew was recorded in the first week of February, and the one featuring Adam Carolla was recorded in the last week of February, which means it should air at the end of this month. The reason I mention Dr. Drew and Adam Carolla so much is because their podcasts are the ones I've been mostly listening to for the past 15 years, and also I've been listening to them on other shows such as Loveline since 1998. Anyways, of course it might seem like I'm going to say the Episode with Dr. Drew is the best, which I think it is, but mostly because they both seemed like old buds, and have casual chats and seem really chill, which has a big contrast to the episode he had with Bella Thorne, which just seemed awkward most of the time, I also had no idea who she was. But the other episodes are still good and joyful to listen to. You can watch the recent episode with Dr. Drew here: https://youtu.be/IUkfs4HvoQ0 An interesting thing for me personally is when Bill Maher mentions (at 4:20) a recent weird issue he had with sleep, where he just couldn't sleep for a couple days. He says he laid in bed for hours and just couldn't clock out, and then still couldn't the next day. It was weird to hear because I too have been having this issue off and on, mostly since working third shift, but I remember having it once when I was like 14, and a couple of other times in life. But twice in the past 4 months. I'd just lay there for even 10 hours, unable to fall asleep, and it wasn't like I had any anxiety, or thoughts running through my head, my brain was blank, and still nothing. Like Maher, I'd just have to get up and goto work, and be miserable without sleep, but it gets even weirder because then the next day can't sleep either. It has started to cause alot of sleep anxiety for me personally, which then caused me to become desperate and almost overdose on alot of crap to knock me out alcohol itself works well, but it's never good to get drunk when you have to be to work in a few hours. Sleep doctors/specialists say that alcohol doesn't provide good sleep, but any sleep is better than no sleep at all. So, was just very interesting to hear Bill Maher mention the same exact thing. Anyways, Good Pod! Subscribe and/or Watch to Club Random on YouTube Subscribe and/or Listen to Club Random on iTunes   edit: June 20th, 2022 - Maher finally aired the episode with Adam Carolla, 4 months after the recording. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKOEamKXxJA
This done footage of a Tornado was recorded just outside of Wichita in Andover, Kansas. The tornado wasn't very big, and didn't last long, but it was powerful, but this footage is probably some of the most incredible tornado footage I've ever seen. The video is clear due to very low to no rain at all, and you can clearly see the inner workings of a tornado such as the vortexes. Thankfully no one was killed. [rumble]https://rumble.com/embed/pj.v10rsjf/[/rumble] I used to live in the same area as a kid, and my Grandma still lives probably within a mile from this exact location in the video, which is also very close to the area that was destroyed 31 years ago with the huge Wichita/Andover Kansas tornado hit in 1991. I was 7 when that happened, and still remember it so well. You can watch a video about that day here: https://youtu.be/FDn_aL6RIfo
This is a short snippet from a new Janet Jackson Documentary that I found interesting, it shows Michael Jackson and his sister Janet writing their hit song "Scream" in 1993. It's fascinating because there aren't many videos or anything of Michael working on his music, and he always made it seem like his dancing and music were just magical sparkles that came fell from god, when in fact he spent hours upon hours months upon months working on his dances and creating his music. Anyways, this is just a short video of that. Video isn't on Rumble, so have to use shittube link. https://youtu.be/GzPcfu4RYQg Final song and music video, incase you haven't heard/seen it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0P4A1K4lXDo
UPDATE: December 25th, 2023 - Original video was removed, but that's okay! New official REMASTERED version is up. Replaced original video in post with the remastered version.   Just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and share this this Christmas classic that I used to watch on a VHS in the early 90s when I was a kid.   enjoy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1dfeokaw2xc
With the Kyle Rittenhouse Trial about to begin, there is a lot of fake news and lies about what actually happened. Most people's opinions are slanted by whatever political beliefs they have, which is sad because that's not how the law and constitution works. This video is one of the best I've found that goes through exactly what took place, without any bias. [arve url="https://rumble.com/embed/pj.vks2rl" loop="no" muted="no" /]
Usually I don't post random songs, but this one is being censored by the media and especially youtube, which deleted and banned the song earlier this week. Luckily we have Rumble and other new tech sites now, so they (elites) can't completely censor us. The songs title is  "Let's Go Brandon" which is a meme that really means "Fuck Joe Biden", which all started earlier this month when a NBC reporter tried, but failed, to say that the NASCAR crowed was chanting "Let's Go Brandon", instead of what they were obviously really chanting. Much of the mainstream media is a bit butt hurt over two anti-biden song's taking the top two spots on the iTunes charts: Roger Friedman, who I remember from his coverage for Fox 411, back during the 2005 Michael Jackson Trial, isn't at all happy about these songs knocking down Adele: But seriously, people still listen to the radio? Sorry Roger, America, and most of the world is currently in turmoil, last thing we want to hear is some mid aged women crying about love and relationships while our rights are being stolen, or threatened to be taken from us. Real life stuff going on. Thanks to rumble here is the song that is currently number one: Let's Go Brandon - By Bryson Gray [arve url="https://rumble.com/embed/pj.vldob7/" loop="no" muted="no" /] The "Lets go Brandon" by song that is currently in 2nd place now, was in first place last week, you can listen to that one here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkpvePFzJ78
Edit: 10-28-21 - Video link updated - Youtube took the original video down. Fox News host Tucker Carlson did a great segment on why President Trump supporters believe the election was stolen, and why they have a legitimate reason to believe so. Tucker read tweets by podcaster Darryl Cooper, which lay out the common sense reasons along with actual facts. Worth a watch! I thought I wrote about this song before, but I suppose the site was still frozen then, so I didn't. This song is actually a cover of an older song, which was the theme song to a show about a homeless dog called "The Littlest Hobo". You can watch/listen to that version here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JFGtRKx4ypY But what I want to share is the cover, which is is much slower, only an acoustic guitar, and has much more feeling to it, Nightingale Cummings' voice adds alot of sorrow and depth, and completely changes the song. Some lyrics: As far as I know, the song has only been played on an episode of The Trailer Park Boys (season 10, Episode 10: Looks Like the Liquor Wins ), which is where I heard it. Immediately after hearing it on the episode, I had to find it. Sadly, since it's only been played in that episode, there is no full quality studio version, only what you hear in the episode. Thankfully, there are other people who love the song just as much as I did, and made cleaned up versions from the episodes audio. This version by Youtube singer Abbie Bingham, is the best I've found. She cleaned it up, added her own backing vocals, and removed some of the weird sounds, while also adding audio of Mr. Lahey (John Dunsworth), along with other audio samples from many seasons of Trailer Park Boys. I've actually ripped this audio and made an mp3, which I listen to all the time. I wanted to share it, great song. Probably one of my most favorites ever, EVER! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iEeSyU3blp4 Hopefully Nightingale Cummings eventually releases an official version of this beautiful song! You can currently watch the Trailer Park Boys Season 10, Episode 10 in its entirety on Netflix.
Edit: Added Official Gameplay Trailer to bottom of article. EA finally announced the next game in the Battlefield series, which will be called Battlefield 2042. They also released a trailer reveal trailer along with it, and I must say.... the game looks super good. The game takes place in the future, but not so far in the future that alot of it still seems modern, which is great. The last two games in the Battlefield series took place in World War 1, and 2, so its nice to be able to play a modern like Battlefield again. Also, the game will have tornadoes? AWESOME! Actual gameplay footage will be revealed on June 13th, and the game is set to be released on October 22nd. Even greater news is that the game will release on Steam as well! I came across this video of one of my favorite artists (Marilyn Manson) performing one of his greatest songs "Great Big White World". The performance is amazing. Best of all, its in 1080 High definition, which is rare, especially for videos from around 2001. Anyways, just wanted to share it. Enjoy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oCne2JFkX_0 Speaking of Manson, I recently picked up this metal sign off ebay.
A great video by the The Officer Tatum with a break down of the recent video of an Army Lieutenant being pulled over by police. Most "news" sites are doing their leftists/propagandist twist on it, as they do with anything involving police, and "people of color". It's obvious this guys intention was to defy orders, in order to make a video and be news. I agree with everything Officer Tatum, more people need to see the side of logic and common sense. https://youtu.be/VgBMnJyOiT0
This is a video I came across from the Institute of Human Anatomy. I actually first saw IHA on TikTok over a year ago, which is believed it or not, is the only interesting any-thing that TikTok ever introduced me to. Turns out they also started a YouTube channel at around the same time they started their TikTok. Their videos include real human cadavers, so if you’re bothered by seeing dissected human bodies, do not goto their channel or watch the following video. In this particular video, they explain in depth what happens to your body when you consume alcohol.  I found it super interested since I probably enjoy way too much alcohol myself, and what they explain is exactly what I experience when I consume it. I found it video interesting and informative, you might as well: https://youtu.be/6q1RH8A3O3c
Tom Macdonald can't seem to stop releasing new songs lately, which isn't a bad thing because most of the stuff he's been releasing has been good. In this new song titled "No Good Bastards", he teams up with girlfriend Nova Rockafeller and bestfriend Brandon Hart. The song was a bit surprising because it doesn't have a heavy anti-woke political messages, as most of his recent songs have been, it's just a fun song about kicking ass, and also has catch chorus which is backed up by a heavy rock like sound. I was mostly surprised by Nova Rockafeller's verse. She pretty much owned the song. You can listen to the song on Apple Music, or youtube.     https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YOUwEjMZc8Y
On March 16th, LastPass Free is going to be almost useless to most people. Most of us use LastPass as our main password manager, and we use it on both our PC's and Mobile devices, however after March 16th, you have to chose one of the two: Unlimited PC or Unlimited Mobile, and you'll be permanently locked in once you have selected your option. Read the official statement/FAQ here. [caption id="attachment_10001904" align="aligncenter" width="471"] LastPass Free Changes[/caption] Of course you can upgrade and pay for the premium version to keep these features, which is $3 a month or $36 a year, which might not sound like much, but bills add up, and there are better or even equivalent free alternatives to LastPass out there. I don't mind paying for services, but a Password Manager is a simple service, and nearly $40 a year isn't a value. I could understand paying for like a toolkit package, that comes with a Password Manager, maybe an adblock and a gig of cloud storage, but just a simple password manager? nope. Luckily there is a perfect FREE alternative that works and operates nearly identical, if not better on both PC and Mobile as Lastpass does. I actually like using it more. The Alternative is called Bitwarden. It too offers premium services, but the basic password manager and form filler is free on both Mobile and desktop, and has no limits. [caption id="attachment_10001923" align="aligncenter" width="768"] Bitwarden[/caption] Like LastPass, it has a vault which all your passwords are stored in. Has browser extensions for every mainstream browser out there, along with apps for both Apple App Store, and Google play. Firefox Extension: iOS: It works identically for me on everything as LastPass does, so there is no learning curve, or habit changes. You can import all your data from LastPass almost effortless as well, it only took me a minute or two. How to move data from LastPass to Bitwarden: Make sure you are on your trusted device and on a secure connection! Your lastpass data including all passwords will be decrypted and will be shown in plain text. Create Bitwarden account (free) Log into your LastPass vault. Select "Advance Settings" on the left side navigation menu on Lastpass [caption id="attachment_10001912" align="aligncenter" width="272"] Lastpass Advanced Settings[/caption] Select "Export" and enter your LastPass master password, it will give you a print out of all your data. Right click and Select all, then right click and select copy. You can paste this into a text file, or past it into Bitwarden directly. Log into your Bitwarden vault, and select "Tools" from the top menu. [caption id="attachment_10001913" align="aligncenter" width="768"] Bitwarden Import Tools[/caption] Select "Import Data" If you saved your exported data to a text file, you can hit browse in find it, or just paste the text you copied from lastpass into the text box. Click "Import data" and wallah. All done. I didn't have any major issues, all my passwords and form data imported just fine. Make sure you clear your copy clipboard, or delete the text file if you made one. If you know how to use LastPass, then everything should be fine and work the same. The social network that was number one in both App Stores before Big Tech teamed together to destroy it, its finally back after a little over a month of being offline. Which is great! I've been out of the news and happenings loop for a while, since there was no real site to get updates on, other than Twitter, which I barely use and don't trust due to all their one sided and selective censoring. Seems they have change the UI and layout of the Parler website, mostly not for the better. Maybe they couldn't get the old site to work on the new server infrastructure? I don't know, but it seems to have retained alot of the old settings, such as dark/night mode layout, user profile info, followers, and followees. Seems all the info boxes such as feed, who to follow, options, etc are in individual iframes. The site looks, and feels really outdated. To be honest though, the old site wasn't great either. Hopefully they resolve this soon. They do have a new logo and site icon though! [caption id="attachment_10001849" align="aligncenter" width="193"] New Parler Icon[/caption] I'm having trouble finding certain things, such as comments to my Parleys, and then replies to those, etc. There doesn't seem to be an intuitive and easy way to find the post and comment thread. (update: seems you have to click on the actual text in the Parley/post itself, to see the replies to that post, then you have to click on each of those replies to see the replies to them. like I said, very unintuitive.) All the old Parleys/posts that were made before the site went offline aren't currently available. Parler devs say all this information has been saved, and will eventually be restored. [caption id="attachment_10001854" align="aligncenter" width="565"] All old content will be restored![/caption] Hopefully they'll get their apps back in the app stores as well, if not, browser based still works, although their current new UI is buggy on my iPhone device. I made a short tutorial on how to add Parler, or any website to your iPhone's home screen, and it'll act similar to an app. You can read the article here. I'm just happy that the site is back. People should have several choices in where to get their news/updates/happenings at. There should be no monopolies. Rockstar has finally released a patch that fixes the annoying volume bug that was introduced in the December 1st, 2020 update on PC. As many may recall, since that update, every time you loaded the game or visited any of the main menus, the volume for the game would automatically be turned down super low. You would have to alt+tab out of the game, launch the windows volume mixer and manually raise the volume for the game back up. It was a stupid and super annoying bug, that should've never existed, but did. And continue to exist for over 2 months. [caption id="attachment_10001863" align="aligncenter" width="475"] RDR2 bug would low volume automatically.[/caption] Not sure why it took Rockstar over 2 months to fix such a simple bug. They didn't seem to fix much else with this patch, such as the stupid belt/weapon/clothing bug that was introduced in the same December 1st update (where belts and straps are no longer tight around your characters body, and appear super goofy and loose. Hopefully they fix that bug soon, it just looks silly). [caption id="attachment_10001864" align="aligncenter" width="462"] dumb and goofy belt/strap glitch that was introduced in the December update.[/caption] The patch is around 200mb on Steam, and around 5gb on Rockstar Launcher, and I'm not sure why that is. It just annoys me that it took them this long to fix it, they could've immediately have released a hot patch to fix just that issue. Many people who bought the game for the $4.99 Red Dead Online standalone deal, may have not have realize the audio was not supposed to be super low. Anyways, here are the official patch notes: [February 15, 2021] – General / Miscellaneous (PC) Stability, Improvements and Bug Fixes Improved stability during instances that require a device reset Improved stability when encountering display adapter failures Improved stability in window handling Fixed an issue that resulted in a crash when removing display cables from the GPU Fixed an issue that resulted in a crash after unplugging a monitor while running Full Screen Mode in HDR Fixed an issue that resulted in a crash when unplugging cables from the only available output device while running in Vulkan Fixed an issue that resulted in the game launching with very low volume in the Windows Volume Mixer  Hopefully Rockstar gets their shit together and starts actually fixing this game, instead of just tweaks so they can make more money from Gold Sales.
I can admit that I haven’t been listening to any new rap artists or songs for the past 6 years. I stopped caring or listening once Eminem and others sold out and became goofy social justice warriors. Mostly because rap is supposed to be about life, but once they started rapping about bullshit, it became too silly to listen to. I found out about Tom MacDonald a few months ago, and finally we have an actual rap artist that raps about real life things. He’s not afraid to say how he feels. His new song and video for “Cancelled” show exactly that. https://youtu.be/EHBMbZdCpSk This is another new good song and video called “Fake Woke” which was released less than a week ago, and has already received more than 5 million views on YouTube: https://youtu.be/2l6JUNFAJ9o I especially loved the line: “Eminem used to gay bash and murder his mom and he doesn’t want fans if they voted for Trump” If you enjoyed those, you might be interested in a few of his other hits: https://youtu.be/t86ClLM3ZGY https://youtu.be/I6FmwBPDT-w There is much more in his YouTube channel. https://youtube.com/c/TomMacDonaldOfficial Hopefully he gets on alt tech soon. Only way to not get cancelled.
Mike Lindell of MyPillow has released his long awaited documentary on the 2020 Presidential Election. Big tech is censoring and removing this video as soon as its posted, but in a common sense free speech world, people should be able to see the video and come up with their own conclusions, which is why i'm posting it here. I have yet to watch the video in its entirety, I'm only posting so people who want to watch it can, but i don't see what Mike has to gain from lying about any of this. I certainly trust him more than I do these do nothing corrupting self enriching politicians. [arve url="https://rumble.com/embed/pj.vaz859/" loop="no" muted="no" /]
This is a good take by Styx on the entire cancel culture and accusations alleged against Marilyn Manson. [arve url="https://rumble.com/embed/pj.vaw1ft/" loop="no" muted="no" /] Styx has great takes and makes great videos, if you don't follow him yet, you should. I wrote a while back that I want to remove all big tech/third party connections and requirements on the sites. Mostly due to big tech censorship, and other shenanigans, also they just don't need our or your data. Disabling Twitter/Facebook login/sharing features was easy and simple, because no one needs that trash, but disabling Disqus was a big more troubling. Disqus is what handled our comment system. It made the comments look very sleek, organized, and easy to manage. The default wordpress comment system is trash, its ugly, counterintuitive, and just blah. But a change had to be made. I've seen many complaints lately about people being shadow banned, their messages auto vanishing on many sites whenever they'd leave a comment, and so on. I hate censorship, anything legal should be allowed, period. I started to research comment systems more and found a decent comment plugin system for Wordpress called: wpDiscuz. It looks decent, has tons of features, settings for customizations, and best of all: We control it. None of it goes through their servers, The comments are hosted here, and we are the only ones with access to moderating/deleting them. Perfect! You'll need a local account here if you want your comments to all my linked, otherwise you should be able to comment as a guest. Only thing I dislike about wpDiscuz is the stupid article ratings, but I'm sure there is a way to disable that. Also, I imported all the old disqus comments to our local database, but the avatars, and other things didn't carry over. But, there aren't actually many comments, so that's not a huge deal. Hopefully going forward this will help increase comment interactions. Below you can see the difference in each system:   [gallery size="medium" ids="10001673,10001674,10001679"]
